The MediaTek MT6276 is a leading-edge integrated monolithic integrated chip power management unit, analog baseband and radio circuit based on a 65nm low-power process. The MT6276 is a feature-rich and extremely powerful high-end HSPA/WCDMA microcontroller solution with GSM/GPRS and EDGE capabilities. Based on the 32-bit ARM1176JZSTM RISC processor, the super processing power of MT6276, as well as the high-bandwidth architecture and dedicated hardware support, it provides the platform with high-performance HSPA, GPRS/EDGE12-level MODEM applications and cutting-edge multimedia applications. In addition, the MT6276 features a highly integrated Bluetooth transceiver and FM receiver.
