MediaTek MT6308M is a seamless conversion buck converter that regulates the output voltage below, equals, or above VBAT. This ensures that the MT6308M meets the peak power requirements of the PA, provides APT support for the latest low-voltage batteries, and operates reliably through the voltage drop of the platform voltage transients.MT6308M is available in a 30-pin WLCSP package. The operating temperature range is -25 to +85°C.
