MediaTek MT6680 High Performance Positive Voltage Regulator with Split Bias Voltage (VBIAS) datasheet
The MediaTek MT6680 is a high-performance positive voltage regulator with Split Bias Voltage (VBIAS) designed for applications requiring low input voltage and ultra-low dropout voltage with output currents up to 1A. The ultra-low dropout voltage feature is ideal for applications where the output voltage is very close to the input voltage. The input voltage can be as low as 0.5V, and the output voltage can be adjusted by an external resistor divider. The MT6680 has a very low quiescent current consumption, making it suitable for portable applications. The device is available in a WL-CSP-6B 0.8x1.2 (BSC) package.
